Wall Unit System maintenance
In order to keep the maximum efficiency of your air conditioner or heat pump unit, as well as to be able to breath a clean air from spores and other contaminants, we recommend that you have the fan and the evaporator of your unit cleaned. We also recommend that this maintenance cleaning be done on an annual basis.
* Filter cleaning
* Cleaning of the coils inside and outside
* Preventive unblocking of drains
* Cleaning of the drain pump
* Cleaning of the blower if needed
* Lubrication of the motors if needed
* Verification of the input voltage
* Verification of the amps at the motors
* Verification of the electrical connections
* Verification of the pipe insulation
* Verification of the refrigerant pressures as needed
* Verification of the temperature differential
